Neon Night - HSM United

Friday, April 16th || 6:30-8:30pm

HSM_United-Neon_Night_-_Main.jpg

One of the biggest concerns to splitting our Middles School/Wednesday Nights and High School/Sunday Nights was the lack of interactions between the two groups.

Our goal was to work on that by having events throughout the year that would allow us to get together. So we came up with HSM UNITED!

HSM UNITED will be a night packed with lots of neon and glow-in-the-dark fun, food, and games for all students from 6th-12th grade.

As the end of a crazy school year draws near, we want to give our students a boost of energy to finish strong with an amazing night together.

This is a free night for all of our students and their friends. So come on out and join us for HSM UNITED!

For students who, in Fall of 2021, are entering 9th grade through Freshman year in college.

Summer Camp’s purpose is to create a fun, exciting, and spiritually rewarding environment in which students will be challenged and encouraged to pursue Jesus and deepen their personal relationship with Him.

We love camp—absolutely love it! We believe God uses summer camp to establish spiritual markers that students will remember as they grow in their commitment to follow Jesus. Our goal is to connect you and your leaders with your students through small group Bible study, engaging worship, and activities built around strengthening relationships. We promise to clearly present the good news of Jesus, to shape every aspect of our camps in such a way that God’s Word remains center-stage, and that we will have a blast while doing it.

WAITLISTED: A 4-WEEK SERIES ON DOUBTS & QUESTIONS

SERIES OVERVIEW:

You know that feeling you get when someone makes you a big promise? You probably feel excited, but you might feel a little skeptical too — especially when that promise gets delayed . . . and delayed again . . . and again. If you have to wait long enough for something you were promised, you might start to wonder when you’ve waited long enough. Eventually, you might even give up hope. In this 4-week series, we’ll meet a handful of people from Scripture who each spent a long time waiting on God. From the stories of Abraham and Sarah, Paul and Silas, King David, and Joseph, we’ll discover that God has a plan, but we might have to wait for it, and we’ll be reminded that, while we’re waiting, God is faithful, God is listening, and we should never give up, because God’s not giving up on us.

tip of the month

Your teenagers might be facing some major disappointments for the first time in their lives — and they need you to help guide them through it. Here’s how: 1) Let them feel it. 2) Offer perspective. 3) Share your stories of disappointment. 4) Assure them they’ll be okay.

“Behind every fear, there is a miracle waiting.” — Marianne Williamson

In case you or your teenager needs this encouragement right now, here’s a reminder: if you’re waiting on God for something right now, remember God’s not giving up you. In fact, your waiting might just be the prelude to a miracle.
